Joven Profesional Comercial - Concreto

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily commercial, operational, and financial information for the Bajío Occidente region to identify trends and deviations.
• Consolidate and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, pricing, costs, expenses, and regional profitability.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations using Excel, SAP, and Google Sheets to support decision-making.
• Monitor and follow up on action plans established with commercial and operational teams to ensure regional objectives are met.
• Identify opportunities for EBIT maximization through data analysis, operational efficiency, and commercial strategies.
• Collaborate with sales advisors and executives on result analysis, client prospecting, and business opportunity detection.
• Participate in field visits and commercial accompaniment to understand operations and validate information.
• Monitor market trends and customer behavior to contribute to the development of commercial and operational strategies.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis, commercial intelligence, cost control, financial analysis, or commercial/operational areas.
• Proven experience in generating and analyzing reports focused on sales, pricing, costs, expenses, and profitability.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in tracking indicators, action plans, and business trend analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to operational environments.
