Journeyman Systems Integrator

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of Cloud Service Provider (CSP) and Data Center environments.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of System Operations Plans (SOP) and documentation.
• Execute release and deployment activities, including software release plans and rollback procedures.
• Perform routine system administration, patch management, and cybersecurity compliance tasks.
• Monitor system performance, track SLA metrics, and assist in resolving system incidents.
• Manage assets including cloud, hardware, and software inventories.
• Support incident response and report on cybersecurity incidents or spillage events.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Systems Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) with 4+ years of experience, OR a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience.
• DoD 8570/8140 baseline certification (e.g., Security+, Network+, or A+).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems integration and operations for enterprise-level applications.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience supporting system integration across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS environments.
• Experience working with DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to automation frameworks and system integration tools.
