About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform high-end finish carpentry including trims, cabinets, and flooring for custom remodel homes
- Assemble and build wooden structures, frameworks, and fixtures according to specifications
- Execute cabinet installation ensuring proper alignment and functionality
- Conduct water damage restoration tasks including repairing or replacing damaged materials
- Install stucco and other exterior finishes
- Carry out fixture installation and construction painting tasks
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
