About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation
- Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice HVAC technicians
Requirements
- EPA 608 Certification
- Journeyman Mechanical Installer certification
- 5+ years of field experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and climb ladders
- Ability to perform work at heights of 20 feet or more
- Possession of all necessary tools to complete the work
