Journeyman HVAC Installer

Responsibilities

• Install heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to industry standards
• Perform sheet metal and duct installation, run copper, brazing, and hanging pipe
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure jobs are completed on schedule
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to local building codes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid HVAC Journeyman license or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in HVAC installation and service
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, refrigerants, and electrical components
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying physical conditions
