Journeyman Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install conduit and wire, and terminate conductors
• Troubleshoot circuitry and replace damaged components on industrial equipment and systems
• Install fixtures and devices for industrial applications and systems
• Order required parts and control job materials using computer systems
• Complete work orders per client specifications and review with customers
• Maintain a clean work area and prepare for upcoming work
• Demonstrate commitment to workplace safety

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant electrical experience, preferably in industrial or commercial settings
• Experience with conduit runs 1/2" - 2" (EMT, GRC, PVC Coated, and S/S)
• Solid knowledge of State Electrical Code
• Valid state driver's license with a good driving record
• Computer proficiency including MS Outlook and Excel
• Ability to travel extensively throughout the state and out of state

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid state Journeyman Electrician license
• Man Lift experience
