Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations in modular housing units in the factory, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, and panels
• Assist with on-site electrical connections during module installation
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to provide input on electrical layouts and constructability
• Review and provide feedback on shop drawings, digital plans, and system diagrams
• Supervise and mentor apprentices to ensure safe and high-quality work
• Ensure all electrical work complies with the Massachusetts Electrical Code (NEC)
• Conduct quality checks on factory-built and field-installed systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in the factory and the field

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts Electrician license
• 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial/residential projects
• Strong knowledge of NEC electrical codes and standards
• Proficiency with electrical tools, equipment, and testing devices
• Experience reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and digital plans
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overhead
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Desire to pursue Master Electrician licensure
