About the Company

Family-owned, Roseville-based Commercial General Contractor is seeking a full time "hands on" Foreman / Carpenter. This is for a long-term employment opportunity.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in commercial construction or related industry
• Understanding of architectural and structural drawings (wood/metal stud framing and concrete)
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds
• Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 50lbs
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
• Valid Driver's license, proof of insurance, and good driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
