Journalier

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks on a daily and weekly basis within the plant and at various worksites
• Safely handle and transfer hazardous materials and chemicals from small containers to larger ones
• Load and unload bulk trucks and containers, including barrels and totes
• Manage waste unloading, pumping, tanking, and treatment processes at the facility
• Respond to on-site spill interventions and emergency situations
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
• Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and follow all internal safety procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial cleaning
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety
• Strong ability to manage priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Professionalism, maturity, and the ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professional ethics

Preferred Qualifications

• WHMIS (SIMDUT) training
• TDG (TMD) training
• Forklift certification
