Joint Data Network Operations Officer Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Joint Data Network Operations (JDNO) and Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) functions for the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC)
• Elicit and capture CCMD and service component requirements for ADTR and WIC
• Define potential technical solutions for operational test and training infrastructure (OTTI) in support of range sustainment and modernization
• Work with the operational community to define infrastructure for distributed, LVC, and All-Domain test, training, and experimentation
• Assist in the integration of the ADTR Network Verification and Integration Lab (ANVIL) and WIC capabilities into INDOPACOM activities
• Support cybersecurity activities related to information exchange requirements (IER) and firewall exemption requests (FER)
• Collaborate with program management to estimate and plan resources for ADTR and WIC

Requirements

• Technical Master’s Degree
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including expertise in JDNO and JICO
• Deep understanding of C2, tactical data links, and training range infrastructure
• Experience with Military Operations and Experimentation
• Experience participating in large-scale distributed test, training, or experimentation exercises
• Experience with Range Cybersecurity
• Active and readily transferable Top Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Experience with exercise planning and execution
• Experience with C2ISR systems, threats, and Red Force C2
• Experience with training range expansion and systems integration
