Joinery and Fitout Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily joinery and fit-out activities at the project site
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with company standards
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively
• Track project progress and report site updates to management
• Resolve site issues and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations
• Conduct site inspections and maintain proper documentation
• Support project handover and rectification activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery works, fit-out materials, and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Good leadership and team supervision skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation
