Responsibilities

• Independent manufacturing of custom windows and window elements
• Participation in the optimization of production processes
• Quality assurance and technical inspection of manufactured products
• Supporting the team in window production tasks
• Collaborating with other departments such as work preparation and project management
• Ensuring compliance with production specifications and standards

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the wood sector (e.g., joiner, wood technician)
• Experience in production, ideally in window construction or a comparable field
• Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
• Interest in high-quality, traditional window systems
• Independent and precise way of working
• Organizational skills and reliability
