Jobsite Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations for custom residential and commercial construction projects
• Lead subcontractors and field crews with professionalism and accountability
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality expectations
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and construction plans
• Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, material deliveries, and site logistics
• Maintain exceptional craftsmanship standards and conduct quality control inspections
• Utilize construction technology like CompanyCam and Bluebeam for documentation
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain hazard-free jobsites
• Provide consistent project updates and documentation to homeowners and clients

Requirements

• Experience as a Superintendent, Field Supervisor, or Construction Manager
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing project schedules
• Proficiency with construction technology and field software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High attention to detail and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury residential or custom home construction
• Background in design-build construction
• Experience with multifamily or commercial construction
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and CompanyCam
• OSHA safety management experience
