Job Site Solutions Specialist General Construction

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and strengthen the MILWAUKEE® brand within the general construction segment in Prague
• Actively acquire new customers through field-based prospecting and sales activities
• Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate closely with distribution partners to meet sales targets and quality KPIs
• Deliver professional, hands-on product demonstrations of MILWAUKEE® solutions
• Conduct consultative selling by analyzing customer workflows and recommending tailored solutions
• Provide training sessions for end users and participate in industry events and trade shows
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity within the assigned territory

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales
• Proven experience working in a field-based sales role
• Experience in technical or construction-related industries is a strong advantage
• Valid Category B driving license
• English language skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
