Job Site Solutions Specialist Drain Cleaning

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market growth for the MILWAUKEE® brand within the drain cleaning industry across assigned Polish regions.
• Actively acquire new customers through field-based prospecting and consultative sales processes.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and collaborate closely with distributors to meet KPIs.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical training for end-users.
• Diagnose customer needs and present tailored solutions, focusing on business value such as Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and efficiency.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships through regular field visits and industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales.
• Proven experience working in a field-based role.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage a sales funnel.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within technical industries.
• Proficiency in the English language.
