Job Site Solutions Specialist Drain Cleaning

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and brand presence for MILWAUKEE® drain cleaning solutions across the Podlaskie, Łódzkie, and Mazowieckie regions
• Conduct consultative sales processes, from identifying customer needs to product demonstrations and finalization
• Actively acquire new customers and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Provide technical advisory and training to end-users, focusing on business value such as TCO and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with distributors to achieve sales and quality KPIs
• Monitor market trends and participate in industry events and trade shows

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales
• Proven experience working in a field-based role
• Valid Category B driving license
• Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term business relationships
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within technical industries
• Proficiency in English
