Job Site Solutions Generalist

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market growth within the Pomeranian region through active customer acquisition and field work.
• Provide consultative advisory to end-users by diagnosing needs and presenting tailored MILWAUKEE® solutions.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions for end-users.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to meet sales and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with distributors to strengthen the brand presence.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships by demonstrating business value, such as TCO and efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and participate in industry events and trade fairs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales.
• Proven experience working in a field-based role.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage the full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within technical industries.
• Proficiency in the English language.
