Job Site Solutions Generalist

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and strengthen the MILWAUKEE® brand through consultative advisory for end-users in the West Pomeranian region
• Actively acquire new customers through field work, offering, and relationship building
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to meet sales and quality KPIs
• Collaborate closely with distributors to expand market presence
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and training sessions for end-users
• Diagnose customer needs and present business value, including total cost of ownership (TCO) and efficiency gains
• Monitor market trends and participate in industry events and trade fairs

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales
• Proven experience working in a field-based role
• Valid category B driving license
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Result-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within technical industries
• Proficiency in English
