Job Site Solutions Generalist

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market development within the Mazowieckie region through active prospecting and field work.
• Conduct consultative sales processes, including diagnosing customer needs and analyzing business processes.
• Perform professional product demonstrations of MILWAUKEE® tools and present business value (TCO, efficiency, ergonomics).
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools to meet sales and quality KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with distributors to strengthen the brand presence.
• Provide end-user training and participate in industry events and trade fairs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or consultative sales.
• Proven experience in field-based work.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in technical industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the power tool or technical equipment industry.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve results-oriented goals.
