Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and repair on electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with company HSE policies, Permit to Work (PTW) requirements, and site regulations.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on motors, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and UPS systems.
• Isolate, lock out, and tag out (LOTO) electrical equipment to ensure safe working conditions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions to restore equipment service.
• Coordinate with supervisors and operations personnel to execute assigned work and manage plant shutdowns or turnarounds.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, test results, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety practices, PTW systems, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Physical fitness to work in industrial plant environments and during shutdown activities.
• Willingness to work on-site at various ADNOC project locations in Abu Dhabi and flexibility to work shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on ADNOC projects.
