Job Coach

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities to support their employment journey
• Work with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support to clients at risk of losing work
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to appropriate programs and services
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a structured, goal-driven environment
• Current driver's licence
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred Qualifications

• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers to employment
• Previous experience in Employment Services (though full training is provided)
