About the role
Responsibilities
- Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities to support their employment journey
- Work with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities
- Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support to prevent job loss
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to appropriate programs and services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements
Requirements
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- A current driver's licence
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers to employment
