Job Coach

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities to support their employment journey
• Work with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support to prevent job loss
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to relevant programs and services
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
• A current driver's licence
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers to employment
