Job Coach

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find meaningful employment
• Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients
• Place clients into sustainable employment to achieve positive outcomes
• Ensure all activities are appropriately recorded and adhere to compliance and contractual requirements
• Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Experience working with people overcoming challenges is highly regarded
• Strong stakeholder liaison skills with the ability to communicate with diverse groups
• Ability to work towards KPIs and drive sustainable employment placements
• Current Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
