Job Coach

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients through tailored activities to help them find meaningful employment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
• Place clients into sustainable employment that leads to long-term outcomes
• Ensure all client and employer activities are accurately recorded and comply with contractual requirements
• Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and internal stakeholders throughout the placement process

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Experience working with individuals overcoming various challenges or barriers
• Strong stakeholder liaison skills with the ability to communicate confidently with diverse groups
• Ability to work towards KPIs and drive successful employment placements
• Current Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
