Job Coach

Responsibilities

• Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find meaningful employment
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to source job opportunities
• Place clients into sustainable employment that leads to long-term outcomes
• Ensure all client activity is accurately recorded and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements
• Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and internal stakeholders at every stage of the process

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
• Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges (preferred)
• Confidence in liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work towards KPIs and achieve sustainable employment placements
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
