Responsibilities

• Manufacture repetitive jewelry and high jewelry pieces following defined manufacturing methodologies and technical specifications
• Control the conformity of each piece in accordance with the technical requirements and specifications
• Ensure high-quality finishing on all produced items
• Participate in workshop continuous improvement initiatives by proactively identifying and helping resolve manufacturing issues
• Collaborate and exchange methods with other jewelers to improve production quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience working in a Jewelry Workshop
• Proven ability to work on diverse and highly technical jewelry pieces
• Strong sense of rigor, precision, and high standards of excellence
• Proactive mindset with a desire for constant learning and professional growth
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
