Jiu Jitsu Educator

Responsibilities

• Teach age-appropriate Jiu Jitsu techniques and fundamentals to students from TK through 8th grade
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Foster discipline, respect, confidence, and teamwork through martial arts instruction
• Plan and lead engaging Jiu Jitsu classes and skill-building activities
• Adapt instruction to different ages, skill levels, and learning styles
• Manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize activity materials while keeping spaces clean and safe

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training (Concussion, Mandated Reporter, First Aid & CPR)
• Authorization to work in the US
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
