About the role
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Jira platforms including JSM, Jira Software, and Jira Product Discovery
- Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as CI/CD, monitoring, and CRM systems via APIs and webhooks
- Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting for Jira-related issues
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for stakeholders
- Manage and optimize Confluence spaces, templates, and knowledge bases
- Implement and maintain AI-driven workflows using Atlassian Rovo agents
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Jira ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, screens, fields, and permission management
- Experience in Jira automation using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, or similar tools
- Expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM) and Jira Software (Scrum/Kanban)
- Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and automation scripting
- Solid understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience with Rovo agents or similar AI-based workflow tools
- Experience with marketplace apps like Insight/Assets or Tempo
