About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer Jira Service Management, including the creation and modification of fields, workflows, projects, and issue types.
- Resolve incidents within platforms and implemented operational processes.
- Improve operational processes through Jira automations.
- Document all technical actions, internal procedures, and processes for audits.
- Collaborate with technical teams from other services to clarify requirements and make decisions on evolutions.
- Continuously review established protocols to ensure correct service functionality.
Requirements
- Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior), Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar field.
- 1+ years of experience in ITSM administration or project management system administration.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with version control tools like Bitbucket or Git.
- Understanding of networking, systems, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Advanced or native Spanish proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Atlassian administration certifications (e.g., ACP-100 Jira Administration).
- Cloud service administration certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, pipelines, and jobs.
- Advanced English proficiency.
