Jigs and Tool Designer Engineer

Responsibilities

• Propose the most adapted jig and tool integration solutions for specific industrial missions
• Define technical constraints regarding stations, aircraft environments, and macro operations
• Design integration solutions using CATIA V5
• Perform mechanical dimensioning, including static and dynamic stress analysis, and modify designs accordingly
• Conduct safety risk assessments and ergonomic analyses for stations
• Contribute to and validate specifications for industrial integration into production lines
• Manage external supplier contributions for station design, documentation, and installation
• Define maintenance plans and required resources

Requirements

• Strong background in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing jigs, tools, and mechanical integration for industrial manufacturing lines
• Technical expertise in CATIA V5 and jigs/tools technologies
• Proficiency in mechanical dimensioning, including static and dynamic stress analysis
• Professional proficiency in English (knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is a plus)
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
