Jewelry & Special Projects Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams between Paris and Ubrique, including design, development, industrialization, and production departments.
• Ensure fluid communication and alignment between all stakeholders involved in jewelry collections and special projects.
• Define and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Supervise the transition from prototype to industrial production.
• Manage the delivery of key industrialization elements, such as technical drawings, molds, technical sheets, and production data.
• Support incident resolution during development and production phases and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives alongside production teams.

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in project management, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience within the luxury, jewelry, accessories, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools.
• Professional level of English.
• French language skills are highly preferred due to regular collaboration with the Paris teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and creative profiles.
