About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams between Paris and Ubrique, including design, development, industrialization, and production departments.
- Ensure fluid communication and alignment between all stakeholders involved in jewelry collections and special projects.
- Define and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Supervise the transition from prototype to industrial production.
- Manage the delivery of key industrialization elements, such as technical drawings, molds, technical sheets, and production data.
- Support incident resolution during development and production phases and propose corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives alongside production teams.
Requirements
- Approximately 3 years of experience in project management, product development, industrialization, or manufacturing environments.
- Experience within the luxury, jewelry, accessories, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools.
- Professional level of English.
- French language skills are highly preferred due to regular collaboration with the Paris teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and creative profiles.
