Jewelry & Special Projects Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams between Paris and Ubrique, including design, development, and production departments
• Manage project timelines and ensure all key milestones and deadlines are met
• Oversee the transition from prototype to industrial production
• Ensure completion of industrialization deliverables such as technical drawings, molds, and technical specifications
• Monitor project progress and lead follow-up meetings
• Support problem-solving during development and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in project management, product development, or industrialization
• Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Excel and project planning tools
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leather goods manufacturing
• Proficiency in French to facilitate collaboration with Paris-based teams
