Jewelry Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and create unique looks for customers using exclusive products
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a high-quality shopping experience
• Assist customers in celebrating their special moments through jewelry selection
• Maintain a positive and collaborative atmosphere within the retail team

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, jewelry, and personal styling
• Strong communication skills to connect effectively with customers
• Customer service orientation and a positive attitude
• Ability to work a rotating schedule of 36 hours per week (including mornings, afternoons, and split shifts)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales
• Proficiency in English or French to assist international clientele
