Responsibilities
- Drive inquiry-to-quote turnaround time to under 12 hours
- Streamline workflows between CAD design, production, and sales teams
- Optimize Made-To-Order (MTO) delivery to under 3 weeks
- Maintain jewelry return rates below 1% through robust QC practices
- Manage manufacturing partners and ensure adherence to negotiated SLAs
- Partner with sourcing to secure best-in-market pricing and meet margin targets
- Collaborate with design teams to improve jewelry rendering speed and accuracy
- Leverage data tools like Excel and BI dashboards to track fulfillment and production metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in jewelry manufacturing, supply chain, or production operations
- Strong background in production planning, vendor management, and quality control
- Proven success in improving speed, quality, and cost in fast-paced environments
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Data-oriented mindset with proficiency in Excel or BI tools
- Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
