JetBlue Park Season & Group Ticket Associate

Responsibilities

• Develop new leads through cold calling, networking, CRM tools, and social selling
• Prospect and research leads related to Red Sox promotional theme days
• Maintain a minimum of 100 sales activities per day
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and clients via phone and in-person at games
• Help plan Season Ticket Holder events at JetBlue Park
• Coordinate logistics with security and Ballpark Operations to ensure seamless group experiences
• Manage scoreboard messaging, pre-game field ceremonies, and post-game photo opportunities
• Oversee hospitality spaces pre-game, including the Fenway South Party Tent
• Assist with the planning and implementation of STEM Days, coordinating with schools and vendors
• Communicate logistics to group leaders and conduct post-event follow-ups

Requirements

• Strong passion and commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
• Ability to work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Eligibility begins in junior year of college or later

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-energy, and frequently changing environment
• Experience with Fevo, ProVenue, and Salesforce
• Prior experience as a tour guide
