Jefe de Turno

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor production based on planning to meet sales volumes, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• Optimize equipment to meet energy consumption targets (kWh/t cement) and thermal consumption targets (Mcal/t clinker).
• Manage kiln efficiency to ensure compliance with NOx and CO2 emission standards.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in operational areas to ensure personnel safety and health.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in a similar role within the cement or mining industry.
• Deep knowledge of cement manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Windows and specialized technical software.
• Availability for schedule changes and willingness to relocate.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict management skills.
