Jefe de Turno – Cementos

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor cement production based on planning to meet sales volumes, quality standards, and budget requirements.
• Optimize equipment and kiln processes to meet corporate objectives for electrical consumption (kWh/t), thermal consumption (Mcal/t clinker), and emission standards (NOx and CO2).
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain operational order and cleanliness to ensure personnel safety and health.
• Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (SIG) regarding safety, health, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position within the cement or mining transformation industry.
• Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Windows and specialized technical software.
• Availability for schedule changes and willingness to relocate to Cerritos, San Luis Potosí.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and conflict management skills.
