Jefe de Tienda Sr

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the store efficiently to achieve profitability and meet business objectives.
• Supervise and execute sales plans, programs, and strategic sales initiatives.
• Oversee inventory control, branch expenses, and the safeguarding of company assets.
• Coordinate human resources, including hiring, training, and managing personnel to ensure a positive work environment.
• Ensure strict compliance with operational norms, internal controls, and safety protocols.
• Manage billing, collections, and daily cash reconciliation processes.
• Maintain store order, cleanliness, and merchandise organization on the sales floor and yard.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Administrative, Process, or Construction fields preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in general sales.
• 2+ years of experience in business administration.
• 2+ years of experience in operations and personnel management.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office tools.
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Experience or knowledge in plumbing, electrical, or hardware sectors.
• Experience in debt collection and customer service.
