Responsibilities

• Manage daily and monthly sales indicators to ensure target achievement
• Conduct daily meetings to report progress and provide coaching to the sales force
• Implement sales strategies to maximize the commercialization of all product lines
• Perform periodic market research to detect customer needs and competitor behavior
• Conduct follow-up interviews with salespeople to monitor product performance
• Monitor route progress using GPS and Posi Trace tools
• Ensure all personnel adhere to the company's institutional image standards
• Support the liquidation of routes and manage wholesale routes as required

Requirements

• Professional degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a sales leader or branch manager
• Strong knowledge of retail and detail channels
• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience working with Hand Held devices
• Knowledge of product management and point-of-sale execution
