Responsibilities

• Implement and analyze actions to reduce inventory difference indicators across business units.
• Apply controls to route departures and advise operations on warehouse shrinkage prevention.
• Supervise prevention and immediate reaction schemes to mitigate product theft and loss.
• Monitor business units during incidents to mitigate risks to employees and assets.
• Formulate measurable action plans for loss prevention and standardize security controls.
• Consolidate incident reports and share best practices to improve organizational efficiency.
• Coordinate risk and vulnerability analyses to mitigate regional losses.
• Establish and maintain relationships with federal, state, and municipal authorities to prevent route assaults and secure facilities.
• Foster a culture of self-protection through training programs and communication lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Sciences, Risk Prevention Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1 year of experience as a Surveillance Chief.
• 2 years of experience as a Security and Surveillance Coordinator.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of legal aspects in security.
• Expert knowledge in risk detection, loss prevention, and asset protection.
• Expertise in incident management, crisis resolution, and special investigations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in a relevant field.
