About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage operational and inventory tasks including stock control and supplier ordering
- Supervise production, labeling (allergens, expiration), and attractive display in showcases
- Lead and coordinate the team, providing training in best practices
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and disinfection regulations
- Manage commercial aspects including sales, margins, production costs, and promotions
- Coordinate with other sections and support various supermarket areas as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (section management or kitchen)
- ESO or Intermediate Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio)
- Proficiency in kitchen tools and product knowledge
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and customer orientation
