Responsibilities

• Design business processes and develop organizational process maps.
• Map and optimize processes across various company departments.
• Conduct user interviews and review records to identify operational bottlenecks.
• Detect organizational issues that prevent optimal process functioning.
• Design process improvement proposals by analyzing feasibility, cost-benefit, and organizational impact.
• Propose short, medium, and long-term solutions to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve service quality.
• Implement and maintain action plans to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree (completed or in progress) in Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in process management.
• Proven expertise in process mapping and documentation.
• Strong ability to perform cost-benefit analyses.
• Experience in designing and implementing administrative and commercial processes.
