Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of tractor-trailers to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity levels.
• Oversee a team of operators, ensuring they are fully trained, motivated, and capable of meeting business unit requirements.
• Maintain a healthy work environment while strictly adhering to safety, quality of service, and equipment care standards.
• Manage company resources and control operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all established norms and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the transport sector.
• Professional degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
• Technical knowledge of tractor-trailers and trailers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written communication skills.
