Jefe de Operaciones de Almacén PT

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the receipt of materials from suppliers and transfers, ensuring quality requirements, correct quantities, and proper identification.
• Ensure material availability in picking zones and manage organized storage according to defined warehouse distribution.
• Execute work plans and assign resources for order picking to ensure timely delivery to transport, meeting quantity, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Manage returned materials from customers, including segregation and final disposal of damaged goods.
• Maintain inventory reliability standards to ensure availability for sales negotiations.
• Preserve the physical state of stored materials, mobile operating equipment, and warehouse facilities.
• Evaluate staff performance and develop skills through continuous training and personnel management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
• 3 years of experience in Warehouse and Inventory Administration and Control.
• 3 years of experience in Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain processes.
• 3 years of experience managing operational reports for decision-making.
• 3 years of experience in the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• 1 year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
