Construcciones Rubau has over 50 years of experience in the infrastructure sector, developing construction, concession, conservation, and maintenance activities in civil works and building projects. We operate in countries such as Mexico, Poland, and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical, economic, and operational execution of water network renovation and improvement projects
• Plan, organize, and supervise assigned projects to ensure compliance with technical designs, deadlines, and safety standards
• Manage technical-economic aspects including cost tracking, monthly closures, production control, and client certifications
• Coordinate urban work sites, ensuring availability of materials (ductile iron, HDPE, etc.), machinery, and management of service diversions and traffic impacts
• Supervise compliance with occupational risk prevention (P.R.L.) and environmental regulations
• Coordinate internal teams and supervise the quality and pace of subcontracted companies
• Act as the company representative before Project Management and public or private entities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos) or Degree in Civil Engineering / Public Works Engineering
• Degree must be officially recognized or homologated in Spain
• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as a Site Manager in Civil Works (urbanization, roads, or structures)
• Specific experience in channeling, water supply, sanitation, and water networks
• Proficiency in management tools such as Presto or similar
• Proficiency in planning software such as Project or Primavera
• Based in Madrid or surrounding areas with availability to travel to project locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of current technical regulations
• Experience working with public clients
