Jefe de Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns
• Manage brand strategies across both digital and traditional media channels
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and the production of advertising materials
• Supervise social media content and ensure consistent brand application
• Administer the department budget and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, branding, communication, or media
• Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing techniques
• Proven experience managing campaigns, agencies, and external providers
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in using design and marketing tools
