Jefe de eCommerce B2B

Responsibilities

• Analyze digital adoption metrics, platform performance, and channel behavior to identify root causes of deviations and propose action plans.
• Lead the relationship with commercial advisors, defining digitalization priorities and providing ecosystem training.
• Act as a bridge between users and commercial teams, capturing constant feedback to inform the development backlog.
• Co-lead the commercial and promotional activation of the digital ecosystem in collaboration with eCommerce, Portfolio, and Revenue managers.
• Design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) and portfolio planning through CRM, Mailing, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience (experience with commercial teams, digital operations, or startups is a plus).
• Strong fundamentals in B2B eCommerce (catalogs, pricing, SAP/CRM integrations).
• Solid understanding of Go-to-market fundamentals (routes, portfolio, distribution).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
• Fluent use of AI agents (preferably Gemini or Claude) and notions of prompt engineering.
• Intermediate English level.
• Ability to travel if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing agentic flows.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch.
• Strong structured thinking and analytical capacity.
