Jefe de Distribución Consumo Directo

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate distribution models for the Modern Channel to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Monitor distribution processes to drive continuous improvement, minimize costs, and optimize resources.
• Define and implement service models aligned with client operational characteristics to drive profitable growth.
• Implement digital management tools and methodologies for data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize delivery routes based on client location, visit frequency, sales volume, and transport costs to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field (Title or Professional License required).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proven experience in Distribution, Logistics, or Commercial areas.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Cost and Budget management, including financial budgets.
• Advanced expertise in Warehouse Management and personnel administration.
• Advanced skills in project evaluation and safety/protection standards.
