Jefe de Desarrollo de Bebidas Emergentes

Responsibilities

• Plan, define, and supervise profitable demand development strategies for the Isotonics and Electrolyte portfolio.
• Negotiate and ensure successful product launches for purified and mineral water categories with external and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and coordinate product orders to guarantee supply across all four Arca Continental regions.
• Manage and control budgets for the Emerging Beverages business to ensure profitability.
• Analyze and monitor the performance of various initiatives to ensure objectives are met and adjust strategies as needed.
• Define and evaluate execution activities across Traditional, Eat & Drink, and Modern channels.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience in Emerging Beverages, Marketing, Commercial/Digital areas, Channel Strategy, or Nielsen.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Financial Budgets, Sales Forecasting, and Marketing.
• Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Nielsen, Logistics, and Market Development.
